摘  要:大学学生教育管理的本质在于培养全面自由发展的和谐的人。学生在教育活动中不是被动的接受者,而是具有主体地位和独立人格,表现出自觉意识和主体意识。要实现大学教育的使命,大学学生教育管理必须实现和谐之治。在教育管理中,大力弘扬法治精神,坚持法治,保障学生主体地位的实现,进而激发学生以理性和谐为标准由他律实现自律,从而培养具有健全人格与心智的人。Cultivating a student with the free development of all- round harmony is the essence of the education and management training of university students. Students in the educational activities should show self- consciousness and awareness with independent status and the main character rather than passive recipients. To achieve the mission of the University, the University education must achieve a harmonious management of governance. In the management of education, we should vigorously promote the rule of law, uphold the rule of law, protection of the status of the main achievement of students, and stimulate students in a rational and harmonious as the standard by the lawto achieve his self- discipline in order to cultivate a sound mind and personality.
