摘  要:[目的]为银杏育种提供生理依据。[方法]以江都大佛指银杏品种的嫁接苗和实生苗叶片为材料,研究功能叶的叶绿素荧光特性和叶绿素含量以及室温下类囊体的吸收光谱和发射光谱表现。[结果]8月21日,嫁接苗的叶绿素含量高于实生苗,分别为2.964和2.387 mg/g(FW)。随着衰老进程,嫁接苗叶绿素含量降低快于实生苗。实生苗的荧光参数始终高于嫁接苗。银杏的室温类囊体吸收光谱在红光区(680 nm)呈现出明显的吸收峰。嫁接苗和实生苗的吸收值都随着衰老进程急剧下降,但嫁接苗的吸收值均高于实生苗。荧光发射光谱在6306、80 nm有吸收峰,衰老初期,实生苗的荧光值低于嫁接苗;衰老末期,实生苗的荧光值高于嫁接苗。[结论]实生苗的衰老慢于嫁接苗。[ Objective] The study was to provide the physiological basis for the breeding of Ginkgo biloba. [ Methed] With grafted seedling and seedlings of G. biloba variety of Jiangfudafuzhi as materials, the fluorescence characteristics and chlorophyll content of functional leaf, the absorption spectrum and emission spectrum of thylakoid at room temperature were studied. [Result] The chlorophyll content of grafted seedlings in August 21 was higher than that of seedlings, being 2.964 and 2.387 ng/g(FW) resp. With the agiag process, the chlorophyll content of grafted seedlings was decreased quickly than that of seedling. The fluorescence parameter of seedlings was always higher than that of grafted seedlings. At the room temperature, the absorption spectnan of G. biloba thylakoid in red region (680 nm) showed an obvious absorption peak. The absorption values of grafted seedlings and seedlings were decreased sharply with the aging process, but the absorption value of grafted seedlings was always higher than that of seedlings. Fluorescence emission spectrum at 630, 680 nm had an absorption peak. At the initial stage of senescence, the fluorescence value of seedlings was lower than that of grafted seedlings, while at the end of senescence, the fluorescence value of seedlings was higher than that of grafted seedlings. [ Conclusion] The senescence of seedlings was slower than that of grafted seedlings.
