摘  要:[目的]筛选有效又经济的三倍体毛白杨容器育苗基质。[方法]以砂壤土、泥炭、珍珠岩、蛭石、河沙、草浆污泥等作为扦插基质,以成活率、苗高生长量作为指标,对三倍体毛白杨容器育苗基质进行筛选。[结果]不同混合基质对容器苗成活率影响达到了极显著水平。泥炭与蛭石配比为5∶2(M10)、泥炭与蛭石配比为7∶2(M11)以及纯砂壤土(M1)为基质的扦插成活率较高,达到90.0%以上∶不同混合基质对容器苗高生长量的影响极为显著,砂壤土、泥炭以及蛭石配比为6∶2∶2(M5)以及纯砂壤土(M1)为基质组合的60 d苗高生长量达37.0 cm以上。[结论]结合育苗基质成本分析,确定砂壤土是三倍体毛白杨硬枝扦插容器育苗的最适基质。[objective] The experiment was aimed to select effective and economical media for container seedling of triploid clones of Populus tomentosa.[Method] The sandy loam,peat,perlite,vermiculite,riversand,straw pulp and sludge were taken as cutting media and survival rate,seedling height and height increment were taken as indexes to select media for container seedling of triploid clones of Populus tomentosa.[Result] Different mixed-media generated significant effects on survival rates of container seedlings.Taking peat and vermiculite with the proportion of 5∶2(M10) or peat,vermiculite with the proportion of 7∶2(M11) or sandy loam(M1) as media would generate higher cutting survival rate that was higher than 90.0%.Different mixed-media generated significant effects on height increments of container seedlings.Taking sandy loam,peat and vermiculite with the proportion of 6∶2∶2(M5)or sandy loam(M1),height increment of 60-days the seedling was over 37.0 cm.[Conclusion] According to cost analysis of nursery medium, the optimum medium for hardwood cuttings container seedling-raising of triploid clones of Populus tomentosa was sandy loam.
