摘 要:[目的]为提高大白菜产量和品质提供科学依据。[方法]分别于大白菜苗期、连坐期和结球期施用不同浓度(0.1%、0.2%、0.3%)的钙、硼、镁、锌、铁五合一叶面肥,以喷施等量等次清水为对照,研究五合一叶面肥对大白菜生长、品质及其生理特性的影响。[结果]施用不同浓度的五合一叶面肥能够不同程度地提高大白菜的产量和品质。施用浓度0.1%、0.2%、0.3%五合一叶面肥的白菜产量分别比对照增加了30.31%3、0.33%、0.46%;可溶性糖含量分别为1.19、1.200、.96 mg/g;维生素C含量分别为0.2050、.220、0.105 mg/g。该肥浓度为0.2%时,大白菜的产量、品质及生理特性指标与对照相比差异达到显著水平,并且优于其他处理。[结论]施用五合一叶面肥能够不同程度地提高大白菜的产量和品质,以浓度0.2%效果最佳。[Objective] The scientific basis for the improvement of cabbage yield and quality was provided through the experiment.[Method] The effect of the different concentrations of foliar consisting of Ca,Bn,Mg,Ze and Fe(0%,0.1%,0.2% and 0.3%),which were sprayed in the cabbage seedling stage,development stage and heading formation stage,on the cabbage yield,quality and physiological character was studied.[Results] All of the treatments improved the cabbage growth and yield,and 30.31%,30.33% and 0.46% of its yield was increased more than that of CK,respectively.The content of soluble sugar was raised to 1.19,1.20 and 0.96 mg/g and Vc,to 0.205,0.220 and 0.105 mg/g.At the concentration of 0.2%, there was the significant difference in the cabbage yield,quality and physiological character between the treatment and the CK,and the treatment was the best one among these treatments.[Conclusion] The application of the foliar could improve the cabbage growth and the most optimal treatment was the concentration of 0.2%.
