摘  要:通过对农村水厂水质管理现状的分析,探讨改善农村水厂水质管理的对策,为饮水安全工程的实施提供参考和借鉴。采取的方法是调查8个省(自治区)1147座不同运行年限的农村集中式水厂消毒、水质检测、监测状况,用描述性和相关性方法分析各指标之间的关系。从调查的结果看,约35%的农村集中式水厂不消毒,水厂供水消毒率存在明显的地区差;不同规模的水厂供水消毒状况差异显著,水厂供水消毒率与水厂规模呈正相关;农村水厂开展水质自检的比例为23.89%。针对农村水厂消毒率低、水质检测能力严重不足、对小型水厂水质监管不到位等问题,提出农村水厂水质管理的对策。Analyzing water quality management present condition of rural water plants in China, and to discuss countermeasures related to perfect water quality management, thus to provide refernce experience for nationalwide implemnenting drinking water safety engineering. Investigate on water quality disinfection, water quality testing and monitoring information of 1 147 rural water plants spreading around 8 provinces or autonomous regions through questionnaire, and analyze relations among the respective index by description and relativity method. The percentage of non-disinfection water plants in rural area is approximately 35%, and ranged in areas; the rural water plants disinfection rate differed with the scale of plant, and it has positive relation with the scale; the percentage of conducting water quality testing is about 23.89%. The percentage of disinfection in rural water plants is much lower, the capacity of water quality testing is scarce and water quality monitoring level aiming at small rural water plants is little more than absent, which is the representation of low water quality management level in rural areas and it must be improved urgently.
