摘　　要：介绍了合理低价中标法的几种主要形式,分析了目前合理低价中标法存在的主要问题,针对性地提出了具体的防范措施和应对策略,以维护业主自身的利益,提高项目的投资效益,从而达到预期的目的。The paper introduces some main forms of the rational low-priee bidding, analyzes major problems in nowadays rational low-price bidding, and points out practical prevention measures and strategies of the protection of owners＇ benefits and the improvement of the investment efficiency, in order to reach the expected purposes.
