摘 要:对病区地砷病患者、病区非地砷病患者及对照组居民体内的脂质过氧化及唾液酸水平进行了检测。结果表明,病区非病人组全血GSH-Px活力明显低于对照组,血清SA及尿中MDA含量明显高于对照组;病区病人组全血GSH-Px、SOD活力明显低于对照组,血中GSH、SA、MDA含量及尿中MDA水平均明显高于对照组。相关分析发现,病区病人尿砷含量与尿中MDA水平呈正相关(r=0.46,P<0.05)。提示:砷可导致生物膜损伤,脂质过氧化可能是生物膜损伤的主要原因。The level of lipid peroxidation(LP) and sialic acid(SA) was measured among the health and patient groups in arsenism area and non-arsenic exposure health controls.The results showed that the activity of GSHPx in health groups in arsenism area was significantly lower than that in controls,while the level of urinary MDA and serum SA increases strikingly;arsenic could decrease markedly the activety of blood GSHPx and SOD and increase the contents of serum GSH、SA、MDA and urinary MDA in patient groups in arsenism area.Urinary MDA level was proved to be significantly correlated with urinary arsenic content in the patients group of endemic area.The results suggested that arsenic could induce the damage of the biomembrane,and LP might be the main cause of biomembrane injury induced by arsenic.
