摘  要:对地方性氟病病区胎儿肾上腺皮质细胞进行超微结构体视学研究。结果显示:病区胎儿肾上腺皮质细胞核比表面和核平均体积缩小,细胞平均截面积和平均体积缩小;线粒体肿胀,平均周长和平均体积增大;粗面内质网体密度缩小。结果表明:机体过量氟对胎儿肾上腺皮质细胞超微结构有损伤作用。The adrenal gland cortexes of human fetuses from an endemicfluorosis region were studied with stereological method.The results showed that as compared with those of the fetuses from a nonendemicfluorosis region,the following indicators were reduced:(1)the nuclear specific surface and the average volume of the cortex cells;(2) the average intersurface and the average volume of the cortex cells;But the average perimeter and the average volume of the mitochondria were increased;(3) the volume density of the rough endoplasmic reticula.The results suggest that the excessive deposition of fluoride may damage the cellular organs of the cortex.
