摘 要:在模拟对抗演习中,如何量化战场信息以及怎样评估战场信息的效能是一个值得研究的新课题。而传感器探测/识别信息是战场信息的源头,战场信息的量化及其效能评估,首先要解决的问题是对探测/识别信息的量化及效能评估。依据复杂系统理论,找出信息量化的切入点在指挥人员决策前所拥有的战场态势信息上。建立了基于信息熵的、以知识表达的信息量化模型。提出了用模拟对抗演习知识与兵力损耗交换比和战斗损伤比较的途径,对探测/识别信息效能进行评估的方法。It is a new subject to be researched about how to quantitate battlefield information and its Evaluating Effectiveness in the wargame. And the information of sensor detections/identifications is the headstream of battlefield information. To quantitate battlefield information and its Evaluating Effectiveness, therefore, the problem that must be solved firstly is to quantitate the information of sensor detections/identifications and its Evaluating Effectiveness. Based on complex system theory, the cutting-in point of information quantitating was found out to be the battle situation information owned by the commanders before decision. The information quantitating models which are represented by knowledge and information entropy was established. The method to evaluate information effectiveness by the comparing the operational knowledge with Force Loss Exchange Ratio and the friendly and enemy combat attrition was proposed.
