摘 要:针对C4ISR多传感器的分布特点,提出了基于MAS(Multi-Agent System)的C4ISR多传感器资源管理系统框架结构;提出了考虑目标战略价值、优先等级、主动传感器平台价值和传感器协同能力因素在内的资源分配目标函数,建立了多传感器跟踪资源的动态分配模型,提出一种多传感器Agent分布式协同拍卖的分配算法;基于HLA/RTI体系结构,开发了C4ISR多传感器跟踪资源管理仿真系统,并对所提出的分配方法进行了仿真验证;仿真结果表明本文提出的方法具有很好的优化能力和实时性,可应用于实际作战过程。According to the distributed character of C^4ISR multi-sensor, a structure of C^4ISR multi-sensor resource management system was proposed based on Multi-agent System (MAS). Object function of resource allocation was presented, included tactic value and priority of target, value of active sensor-carrier and cooperation of sensors. The mathematic model for multi-sensor tracking resource dynamic assignment problem was built, and an allocation algorithm based on decentralized coordinated auction was presented for Multi-sensor agent. The High Level Architecture/Run Time Infrastructure (HLA/RTI) was used to develop simulation system. The simulation results demonstrate that the algorithm has good optimal effect and time performance. The algorithm could meet the common battlefield requirement.
