摘 要:针对河南省实施"金盾"二期工程进行市级公安警务系统整合之需求,对其系统的架构进行分析与设计,引入基于Open Source的EAI应用框架,大大降低系统开发成本。在系统实现过程中,采用Ajax技术实现单点登录,采用对象内存映像技术提高权限认证效率,采用包含动态词库的中文分词技术和Lucene、Nutch技术,实现数据库搜索和Web搜索功能。采用DES、MD5技术,实现数据加密。采用Log4J日志器技术,实现敏感操作的可追溯性,从而构建出一个安全、稳定、扩展性强的警务综合系统。目前该系统已经成功部署于南阳市,并正向数个周边城市扩展。According to the EAI requirements of "Golden Shield Project - Second Phase" in Henan Province, this architecture of municipal level PIS integration is analyed and designed. It uses a three layered open source structure to efficiently cut down the cost of development and deployment; in system design, Ajax is used in single sign-on, and an account tree memory object is used to enhance the security and efficiency of authentication. In search subsystem, dynamic keyword library is used in segmentation for Lucene/Nutch functionality, account data are encrypted in DES & MD5 method, and for all sensitive operations, Log4J are used for history retrieval. This architectural design ensures a low-cost yet secure, stable, robust and extensible PIS. One implementation of this blueprint has been successfully deployed in Nanyang city, several others are under their way.
