解读康帕内拉《太阳城》的和谐社会福利思想——对我国构建适度普惠型社会福利制度的启示

摘　　要：康帕内拉的《太阳城》是西方社会福利思想体系形成的一个重要来源，其社会福利思想表现为：在经济上主张公有制与和谐的劳动分工及就业保障;强调受教育和全面发展是公民应该享受的福利；重视形成互助共济的和谐人际关系与共享较高的医疗、母婴与老年福利待遇。其体现了以人为本、造福为民的和谐社会福利思想。同时，本文亦指出了《太阳城》中存在的不足以及其对我国构建适度普惠型社会福利制度（以人为本、与经济社会发展水平相适应、可持续发展）提供的有益启示。The Sun City of Campanella is one of the important origin of western social welfare system. Its social welfare ideas are： to advocate public ownership and harmonious division of labor and employment security; emphasize being educated and all-around development as citizens＇ welfare; focuses on forming harmonious interpersonal relationship and sharing highly medical, mother and infant, agedness welfare. It shows the human-oriented harmonious social welfare idea. Also, this paper points out the insufficiency in Sun City and the inspiration from its theory for us to build an appropriate-sharedbenefits social welfare system.
