梨农种植无公害鸭梨的意愿及其影响因素研究——基于河北省泊头市梨农的实证分析

摘　　要：无公害鸭梨是泊头鸭梨向安全食品迈进的一个里程碑。文章利用河北省泊头市111个梨农的调查数据,运用Logit模型对梨农种植无公害鸭梨的意愿及其影响因素进行计量分析。研究表明,梨农种植无公害鸭梨的意愿受到多种因素的影响,其中,农户的农业生产经验与其种植无公害鸭梨的意愿呈负相关关系;农户的年龄、经营规模、是否担任某种职务、商品化程度、以及政府是否有奖励政策与其种植无公害鸭梨的意愿呈正相关关系。Pollution-free duck pear is the lan/dmark of safe food of Botou Pear. Based on the collection of 111 pear farmers＇ data in Botou City of Hebei Province, this paper uses Logit model to analyze producing willingness of pear farmers to pollution-free duck pear and the affecting factors. The result shows that a variety of factors affect the producing willingness of pear farmers to pollution-free duck pear, among which, agricultural production experience of farmers is negative related with producing will- ingness of pear farmers to pollution-free duck pear; farmers＇ age, business scale, whether the farmers hold a post, commercialization and whether the government has its reward policy are positive related with producing willingness of pear farmers to pollution-free duck pear.
