摘　　要：思想政治素质是大学生综合素质中首要的、核心的素质。大学是学生培养和提高思想政治素质的关键阶段。针对大学生思想政治素质及其传统评价体系存在的问题,从纬度和经度两个方面入手研究大学生思想政治素质评价的内容和方法,以更加全面地反映大学生的思想政治素质状况,更有效地提高大学生思想政治素质。The ideological and political quality is the most important quality among college students＇ overall qualities. College education is the key stage to cultivate and improve one＇s ideological and political quality. In this paper, the content and methodology of the evaluation system of college students＇ ideological and political quality are studied from two different perspectives. As the result, a new evaluation system is suggested which is able to reflect the status of college students＇ ideological and political quality more comprehensively and improve their ideological and political quality more effectively.
