摘　　要：目的：分析结核性Ａｄｄｉｓｏｎ病的ＣＴ表现，对其影像表现进行探讨。方法：８例患者均做常规ＣＴ扫描。男性４例，女性４例，年龄２０～７１岁，平均４１岁。所有病例均经临床诊断，１例ＣＴ导引下穿刺病理证实。结果：８例中３例有肾上腺外结核。ＣＴ示双侧肾上腺钙化５例，单侧钙化１例，１例未见异常，另外１例双肾上腺肿块，无钙化。结论：当临床确诊Ａｄｄｉｓｏｎ病后，应当进行肾上腺ＣＴ扫描。因为它能提供有关病因方面的线索，从而指导合适治疗。Purpose:The authors evaluated CT findings of tuberculous Addison′s disease and studied its imaging manifestation.Methods:CT scans were performed in eight patients.There were four men and four women,the age ranging from 20 to 71 years old (mean 41 years).All patients were diagnosed clinically,of them one case was confirmed by pathology through CT-guided biopsy.Results:Extra-adrenal tuberculosis was present in three of eight patients.CT images showed bilateral adrenal calcifications in 5,unilateral calcification and no abnormality in 1 respectively,and 1 had adrenal masses bilaterally without caleification.Conclusion:Once the diagnosis of Addison′s disease is established by typical clinical findings,adrenal CT should be performed,since it may provide a clue to the etiology and direct proper therapy.
