摘 要:研究了Ce对00Cr25Ni7Mo4N超级双相不锈钢凝固组织的影响,结果表明,随着钢中Ce含量的增加,其凝固组织中等轴晶线性比相应明显增加,Ce含量为0%,0.030%,0.047%,0.062%时,其等轴晶线性比分别为50%,60%,70%,77%。加Ce后钢中夹杂物为以Ce2O3为主、含有SiO2和MnO的复合夹杂,Ce2O3与δ-Fe具有较低的错配度,可作为形核核心提高形核率,增加了等轴晶比率。The influence of rare earths on solidification structure of 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N super duplex stainless steel was studied. The results showed that the equiaxed grain ratio of ingots obviously increased with the increase of Ce contents, and the equiaxed grain ratios of ingots with addition of 0%, 0. 030%, 0.047% and 0. 062% Ce were 50%, 60%, 70%and 77%, respectively. The complex inclusions of ingots with addition of Ce were mainly Ce2O3 containing some SiO2 and MnO. There was a lower lattice misfit between the Ce2O3 and γ-Fe, which improved the nucleation ratio and equiaxed grain ratio during solidification.
