体育院校贵重实验仪器管理及其人员现状分析

摘　　要：通过对北京体育大学精密贵重实验仪器设备的使用管理情况和人员的调查研究,认为:学校的科研项目主要集中在运动生理、运动生化、运动生物力学、运动医学、运动解剖、康复研究等方面,随着对该类学科仪器设备的不断投入,将使北京体育大学在人体运动科学研究领域中涌现出更多的科学技术成果。必须加强实验仪器管理队伍的建设,引进一批技术过硬、高素质、高学历的年轻队伍,同时不断提高管理人员的基本素质,掌握深厚的技术基础知识,才能更好地发挥精密贵重仪器的效益。Throngh to Beijing Sports University precise precious experiment instrumentation equipment＇s use management situation and personnel＇s investigation and study, thought： The school scientific research item mainly concentrates in aspeels and so on movement physiology, movement biochemistry, sport biomechanics, sports medicine, movement dissection, recovery research, along with to this kind of discipline instrumentation equipment＇ s unceasing investment, will cause Beijing Sports University to emerge the more science and technology achievements in the human body movement scientific research domain. Must strengthen the experiment instrument management troop the construction, introduces one batch of technologies perfect, the high quality, the high school record young troop, simultaneously improves administrative personnel＇ s basic quality unceasingly, masters the deep technology base knowtedge, can display the precise precious instrument＇ s benefit well.
