摘　　要：本文通过浙江三次产业劳动力就业贡献率及劳动就业弹性的动静态指标的测算,对浙江三次产业中劳动力资源的配置效率进行了比较分析,得出浙江的第二产业劳动力效率要明显高于第三产业的结论,提出浙江应继续以发展第二产业为战略重点,以第二产业发展带动第三产业的发展,从而促进经济持续健康发展。This paper compares the labor disposal efficiency among three industries by calculating the contribution rate of labor to economic development in three industries and the static and dynamic labor employment elasticity. The analysis shows that labor efficiency in the secondary industry is significantly higher than in the tertiary industry per then proposes that secondary industry is still the strategic development point for Zhejiang Province and can the driving force for the development of the tertiary industry.
