防止血液灌流与透析器串联治疗时凝血的措施

摘　　要：目的预防血液灌流与透析器串联治疗过程中发生凝血情况。方法彻底排尽空气,保证血流量、全身肝素化、分离灌流器注射器回血等。结果在本中心进行的36例,共118次血液灌流与血液透析串联治疗中没有出现凝血情况。结论预防血液灌流与透析器串联治疗过程中发生凝血,既保证了灌流透析效果,又可避免浪费病人的血液,还可减轻病人的经济负担。Objective To prevent blood coagulation happened in the treatment of hemoperfusion cartridge combined with hemodialyzer. Methods To remove air completely, and ensure the blood flow, whole body hepa- rinization and blood returning. Results Among 36 cases treated in our center no blood coagulation happened for 118 times totally in the treatment of hemoperfusion cartridge combined with hemodialyzer. Conclusion To prevent blood coagulation happened in the treatment of hemopeffusion cartridge combined with hemodialyzer may ensure the effect of perfusion dialysis in the one hand, and in the other hand avoid wasting the patients＇ blood, and reduce the patients＇ economic burden.
