摘　　要：通过对1例首次血液透析中并发不典型急性溶血反应患者的成功治疗与护理,总结其相关经验,以供同行临床参考。Through successful therapy and nursing care to a patient who appeared combined non-typical acute hemolysis in the first hemodialysis, we summarized corresponding experience for clinical reference.
