自然条件下水稻光温敏核不育系M113S、华201S和培矮64S的育性转换特性研究  

Fertility Alteration Characteristics of Photo-thermo-sensitive Genic Male Sterile Lines M113S,Hua201S and Peiai64S under Natural Conditions

摘　　要：在武汉和海南陵水2个不同的自然生态条件下,于2004-2006年对水稻光温敏核不育系M113S、华201S和培矮64S进行分期播种和稻蔸再生试验,连续观察花粉育性和自交结实率变化,研究不育系的育性转换特性。结果表明：华201S在武汉7月初至9月上旬表现稳定不育,稳定不育期为68 d,育性转换敏感期在其抽穗前的14-25 d;在陵水5月20日至10月25日为不育期,可进行制种,11月上旬至4月上旬为可育期,可用于不育系繁殖;培矮64S在武汉7月中旬至9月上旬表现稳定不育,稳定不育期58-65 d,育性转换敏感期在其抽穗前的13-22 d,在陵水没有稳定的不育期,全年均处于育性波动期,但在12月上旬至4月初为相对的可育期,可进行繁殖;M113S在武汉7月中旬至9月上旬表现不育,但不育度不彻底,稳定不育期短于30 d,育性转换的敏感期在抽穗前的13-25 d。Photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile lines,M113S, Hua201S and Peiai64S were sown continuously with interval 10-15 days and ratooned under two different natural ecological conditions in Wuhan and Hainan. Pollen sterility and seed setting rate alterations were investigated contilluously. The results showed that, （1） Hua201S showed stable sterility during early July to early September in Wuhan. The stable sterility period was 68 days. The sensitive stage to temperature located during 14-25 days before heading. From May 20 th to October 25th,it was sterile period and seed production could be made at Lingshui County, Hainan. From early November to early April, it was fertile period and seed multiplication could be carried out. （2） Peiai64S showed stable sterile during mid-July to early September in Wuhan. Its stable sterility period was 58-65 days. The sensitive stage to temperature located during 13-22 days before heading. It had no stable sterility period at Lingshui County, Hainan. The fertility was fluctuated across year. Fertility was relatively higher during early December to early April, seed multiplication could be made. （3） M113S showed sterile during mid-July to early September in Wuhan. But,the sterility was not complete. Its stable sterility was shorter than 30 days. The sensitive stage to temperature is located during 13-25 days before heading.
