摘　　要：本文报道了ＩＧＩ－３型步态分析系统对３２例髋关节疾患患者人工髋关节置换术前、术后的步态测试结果。结果表明人工髋关节置换术后步态分析各参数均有明显改善，术后３个月基本达到最高水平，术后１年步态分析各参数仍未达到正常水平。he walking ability of 32 patients following total hip replacement( THR) was evaluated by IGI-3 gait analysis system. The results showed that all parameters of gait analysis had improved after total hip replacement. The improvement was maximal at three months postoperatively, but normal values of all paramerers could not be attained at one year postoperatively.
