摘 要:未经体内致敏或经体内致敏的BALB/c小鼠脾淋巴细胞在体外培养状态下,分别加入相应的C57BL/6小鼠新鲜骨、自消化抗原去除骨、骨基质明胶、脱钙骨基质匀浆上清。结果表明:未经体内致敏的情况下,新鲜骨对淋巴细胞增殖的影响不明显,而自消化抗原去除骨、骨基质明胶、脱钙骨基质则抑制淋巴细胞增殖,以骨基质明胶的抑制作用最明显;经体内致敏后,新鲜骨刺激体外淋巴细胞增殖,而其它三种具有骨诱导活性的植入物仍表现抑制体外淋巴细胞增殖。he splenic lymphocytes of unimmunized or immunized BALB /c mice were cultured in vitro with fresh bone, autolyzed antigenextracted bone (AAA), bone matrix gelatin (BMG), demineralized bone matrix (DBM) of C57BL/6 mice. It was found that the fresh bone did not show obvious influence on multiplication of the lymphocytes in unimmunized group, however, the AAA, BMG and DBM inhibited lymphocyte proliferation in vitro and BMG had the most powerful inhibiting action. In the immunized group, fresh allogenic bone stimulated lymphocyte proliferation significantly, in contrast, the other three kinds of implants with osteoinductive potential still presented inhibiting effect on lymphocyte proliferation in vitro.
