摘  要:目的观察颅脑损伤患者血浆内皮素(ET)、血粘度的改变。方法抽血查87例患者血K^+、Na^+、Cl-CO_2CP、血气分析、血浆内皮素、血液流变学,部分病人抽颈动脉、颈静脉血查颈动一静脉血氧压差。结果所有颅脑损伤患者血浆内皮素含量增高,血液流变学结果提示其血沉、血沉K值增高,全血还原比粘度增高,纤维蛋白原含量增高。结论颅脑损伤患者有血浆内皮素及血液流变学改变,且其变化与损伤程度及预后有关,血浆内皮素的恢复较血粘度早。Objective To investigate the changes in plasma endothelin (ET) and hemorrheology in severely head-injured patients and its implication. Methods The determination of blood K^+, Na^+, Cl^- and CO_2 CP levels and plasma endothelium content, blood air analysis, and monitoring of hemorrheology-ical pa- rameters were performed in all the 87 patients with severe head-injury. Among the 87 cases, 12 received the examination of arteriojugular venous oxygen difference. Results The content of ET.in early stage of head injury was increased. The hemorrheological findings in the head-injured patients fibrinogen were in- creased. Conclusion In the head-inujured patients there are changes in plasma ET content and hemorrhe- logical parameters, which are related to the prognosis and severity of the injury. The recovery of plasma ET content was earlier than blood viscosity.
