100例心病瘀血舌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨心病瘀血舌的临床表现特征。方法:随机选择100例心病瘀血舌患者与20例健康人,采用"舌诊专家"软件和临床观察相结合的方法进行舌象的识别分析。结果:心病瘀血舌患者舌质多见暗红舌(28.0%)、青紫舌(27.0%)、淡紫舌(25.0%),舌苔多见白厚苔(37.0%)、黄厚苔(33.0%),并存在严重的舌下络脉异常。结论:观察舌质对于诊断心病瘀血舌及其不同的血瘀病机具有一定的意义;观察舌苔对心病瘀血舌患者不同证型的诊断有重要价值;综合观察舌下络脉的色泽、宽径、主干长度、主干形态、主干充盈度及外带可作为心病瘀血舌患者诊断和辨证的重要指标。Objective： To explore the characteristics of blood-stasis-tongue pictures in cardiopath（BSTC）. Methods： 100 cases of BSTC were observed randomly, and 20 cases of healthy people were enrolled as the control. The ＂tongue-inspection-expert＂ software and clinical observation were combined to recognize and analyze the tongue pictures. Results ： The tongue bodies of BSTC normally take on darkish red（28.0% ）, blue violet（27.0% ）, lavender （25.0%）, and the tongue coatings often manifested as the thick and whitish coating（37.0% ）, thick and yellowish coating（33.0% ）. Bseides, there were also serious abnormalities of sublingual vein in BSTC. Conclusion ： The observation of tongue body has some significance for the diagnosis of BSTC and its different pathogenesis of blood stasis; the observation of the tongue coating has an important value in the pattern identification of BSTC ; and the color and luster, diameter, length of veinstem, shape of veinstem, filling degree of veinstem and outer zone of snblingual vein are important indexes of the diagnosis and pattern identification fnr BSTC.
