摘　　要：目的:探索胃康宁胶囊调节功能性消化不良(FD)胃肠感觉过敏的作用机制。方法:以FD大鼠为实验对象,分为正常组、模型组和胃康宁组。用免疫组化法观察各组大鼠胃窦黏膜降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)及P物质(substance P,SP)的影响。结果:模型组大鼠胃窦CGRP和SP阳性神经元表达较正常组明显减少(P<0.01);胃康宁组CGRP和SP阳性神经元表达明显高于模型组(P<0.01),且与正常组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:胃康宁胶囊对功能性消化不良大鼠的治疗作用与调节胃肠感觉过敏有关。Objective ： To investigate the mechanism of ＂Weikang Ning Capsule＂ in regulating gastrointestinal hypersensitivity of regulation of functional dyspepsia（FD）. Methods： The rats were divided into normal group, FD model group and ＂Weikang Ning Capsule＂ group. The level of gastric mucosa calcitonin gene-related peptide（CGRP） and substance P（SP） were detected with immunohistochemistry. Results： Compared with the normal control group, the expression of gastric mucous membrane CGRP and SP in model group decreased significanly（ P 〈0.01 ） ; after treatment, the levels of CGRP and SP of ＂Weikang Ning Capsule＂ group was much higher than that of model group（ P 〈0.01 ）. And there was no evident difference between treatment group and model group in the expression of CGRP and SP（ P 〉0.05 ） ; and the normal group was of no significant difference, but that of weikang Ning was of significant differences. Conclusion ： The therapeutic effect of ＂Weikang Ning Capsule＂ on FD rats may relate to its regulation of the gastrointestinal sensitivity.
