摘　　要：新农村建设是目前我国重大的历史任务之一,但在新农村建设中出现了资源浪费与环境污染的不可持续现象。这是由于新农村建设中可持续发展规划机制和评价机制缺失造成的,而这些机制的缺失则是各经济发展主体的一种博弈均衡,是必然出现的结果。为了避免不可持续发展结果的出现,我国应建立正确稳定的可持续发展制度,并提高农民素质,以改变博弈中弱势主体的地位。The construction of new village is one of the important tasks. But, it turns up the unsustainable phenomena, such as waste of resources and environmental pollution. The reason is that the construction of new village is lack of the mechanism on sustainable development planning and evaluating. The lack of these mechanisms is the results of game equilibrium. In order to avoid unsustainable development, China should establish a right and stable system of sustainable development and improve the quality of farmers.
