摘 要:比较了几种生物酶对脱墨浆和CTMP浆中胶黏物的降解效果,胶黏物含量以四氢呋喃(THF)抽出物含量计。实验结果表明,以脂肪酶为主和以酯酶为主的复合酶对脱墨浆中胶黏物的降解效果较优,胶黏物减少率大于30%;而以脂肪酶和纤维素酶为主和以酯酶为主的复合酶对CTMP浆中胶黏物的降解效果较优,胶黏物减少率大于75%。胶黏物的GPC分析表明,经酶处理后,胶黏物的相对分子质量均下降,而CTMP浆的胶黏物更明显。此外,生物酶处理纸浆不会对浆料的物理性能产生不利影响。The degradation of stickies in deinked pulp (DIP) and Chemi-thermomechanical pulp (CTMP) with several complex enzymes was investigated. The amount of stickies was determined by the amount of tetrahydrofuran extractives. The result showed that, the lipase-type enzyme and the esterase-type enzyme could remove stickies in deinked pulp, and the amount of the stickies reduced more than 30%. The lipase-cellulosetype enzyme and the esterase-type enzyme Bio-F could remove stickles in CTMP pulp well and the amount of the stickies reduced about 75%. The molecular weights of the stickies were determined by GPC, the results showed that the molecular weighs of the stickies in DIP treated by enzymes decreased slightly. However, there was remarkable change in the molecular weights of the stickies in DIP. Besides, application of enzyme had no negative effect on the properties of the deinked pulp and CTMP.
