摘  要:通过分析阳离子季铵盐杀菌剂的杀菌机理,针对季铵盐杀菌的不足,将MBC-X和BKC-Y进行复配处理造纸白水,结果表明,当两者用量分别为12×10–6g/mL和4×10–6g/mL时,杀菌率达到99.4%;金属腐蚀实验分析表明,该杀菌剂对金属管线还存在缓蚀作用。Papermaking white water contains various soluble organic substances, chemicals and additives, it provides an optimal environment (temperature, pH, etc) for breeding of microorganisms. Most of the biocides can't be active in wide arrange of pH, at the same time, they erode the metal pipes. Antimicrobial mechanism of cationic biocides of quaternary ammonium salt was discussed in the paper. Considering the shortcoming of this kind of biocides, a way of mixing the biocides of MBC-X with BKC-Y was recommended. The experimental results showed that 99.4% of bacterial contaminations in white water are moved when the ratio of the two biocides is 3:1 i.e. MBC-X dosage 12ppm, BKC-Y dosage 4ppm, and according to the analysis of metal erosion experiment, this biocides can also have the function of erosion inhibitor.
