益气滋肾清利方降低慢性肾盂肾炎复发率的多中心随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察益气滋肾清利法对慢性肾盂肾炎(CPN)复发率的影响。方法采用多中心随机对照的方法将201例非复杂性、再发性肾盂肾炎静止期(气阴两虚、湿热留恋型)患者分为治疗组101例与对照组100例,分别接受益气滋肾清利方和小剂量抗生素(左旋氧氟沙星、复方新诺明、呋喃坦啶)序贯治疗,疗程12周,并随访半年,观察中医证候疗效和复发率。结果治疗组证候改善总有效率达90.09%,明显优于对照组的60.00%(P<0.01);治疗组治疗期间及半年后的复发率分别为24.75%及32.67%,显著低于对照组的50.00%和65.00%(P<0.05)。结论益气滋肾清利法能有效缓解CPN临床症状,降低复发率。Objective To observe the effects of ＂Yiqi Zishen Qingli Decoction＂ on recurrence of chronic pyelonephritis（CPN）. Methods In the muhicenter randomized controlled clinical trial, 201 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 101 cases were treated with ＂Yiqi Zishen Qingli Decoction＂ and control group in which 100 cases were treated by sequential therapy of small-dose antibiotics（ L-Ofloxacin, SMZ-TMP, and Cistofuran） respectively, with a course of 12 weeks. The therapeutic effects on Chinese medical syndrome and recurrence rate were observed in the six-month survey. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 90.09%, higher than 60.00% in control group（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the 12-week and 6-month recurrence rates in treatment group were 24.75% and 32.67% respectively, significantly higher than 50.00% and 65.00% in control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ＂Yiqi Zishen Qingli Decoction＂ is effective to relieve CPN symptoms and reduce its recurrence.
