七白膏各中药萃取物对黑素细胞增殖及黑素合成的影响

摘　　要：目的探索经典美容名方"七白膏"每味中药的美白作用。方法对不同文献的"七白膏"中涉及的10味中药分别进行萃取,体外观察各提取物对黑素细胞增殖及黑素合成的影响。采用甲基偶氮唑蓝比色法(MTT法)测定黑素细胞增殖,采用Hunt法测定黑素合成。结果10味中药提取物对黑素细胞增殖和黑素合成有抑制作用,与熊果苷相比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论七白膏中的中药的提取物基本都有美白作用。Objective To probe into the whitening effects of every herb in ＂Seven-White Ointment＂, a classic osmetology prescription. Methods Extracts from every herb in ＂Seven-White Ointment＂ were withdrawn to observe their effects on melanocytes proliferation and melanin synthesis. MTr method was used to detect melanocytes prnliferation and Hunt method to measure the amount of melanin. Results All ten herbs in ＂Se;,en-White Ointment＂ showed inhibitory effects on melano-cytes proliferation and melanin synthesis, with no difference compared with arbutin（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Extracts of every herb in ＂Seven-White Ointment＂ has whitening effect, proving the whitening effects of ＂Seven-White Ointment＂.
