摘　　要：目的:对用酶标法测定人体血清中HIV-1/HIV-2型抗体结果的不确定度进行评定,确保检测结果的准确可靠。方法:使用珠海丽珠试剂有限公司提供的HIV-1/HIV-2型抗体检测诊断试剂盒,采用酶标法,对未知标本进行10次重复测试,获得未知样本OD值,建立数学模型,分析酶标法测定HIV-1/HIV-2型抗体的不确定度来源,对分量不确定度进行评估来评定酶标法测定HIV-1/HIV-2型抗体的不确定度。结果:样品中HIV-1/HIV-2型抗体的扩展不确定度U=0.022,K=2。结论:在检测结果中带入测量不确定度结果,可以降低初筛试验的假阴性结果,使检测结果表达更完整。Objective：The uncertainty of the detection results of HIV-1/HIV-2 type of antybody in human serum by using ELISA method has been evaluated,which ensure the detection results accurate and reliable.Methods：Using HIV-1/HIV-2 type of antibody detection and diagnosis kit provided by regent of Zhuhai Lizhu Limited Company,the unknown samples were retested for ten times by ELISA method,then we obtain the OD value,establish mathematical model,analysis on the uncertainty of the detection of HIV-1/HIV-2 type of antybody by using ELISA method,and through evaluating the uncertainty of component we can evaluate the uncertainty of the detection of HIV-1/HIV-2 type of antybody by using ELISA method.Results：The expanded uncertainty of HIV-1/HIV-2 type of antybody in sample（U=0.022,K=2）.Conclusion：The false negative result can be reduced and the detection result will be more integrited when bring the results of the mesurement uncertainty into detection results.
