摘  要:目的:建立车间空气中有毒有机物的测定方法。方法:用活性炭管吸附和二硫化碳解析,选择HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱分离,FID检测器,气相色谱法测定。结果:17种有机化合物的加标回收率在83.4%~103.0%,相对标准偏差均小于5%,检出限小于4.60μg/ml。结论:本法分离度好,灵敏度高,操作简便,能同时测定车间空气中的多种有机物。Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of poisonous organic chemicals in workplace air by gas chromatography. Methods : The procedure involved the adsorption by active carbon and desorption by carbon bisulfide. Separation was achieved on HP - INNOWAX column, and then detected by flame ionization detector (FID). Results:Recoveries were between 83.4% - 103. 0% , the limits of detection and RSD for all 17 chemicals were within 4. 6 μg/ml and 5%. Condusion :The method is simple, effective, quick and easy to determine organic chemicals in workshop air.
