摘 要:目的:建立洗涤剂中甲醇的毛细管气相色谱测定方法。方法:洗涤剂样品用水溶解稀释,直接进入气相色谱仪,经DB-FFAP毛细管柱分离,FID检测器检测,峰面积定量。结果:本法对液体洗涤剂检出限为9.4μg/ml,对固体洗涤剂检出限为0.047 mg/ml,甲醇在0~2.0 mg/ml浓度范围内呈线性关系,平均回收率为95%~100%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.9%~6.4%。结论:该法操作简便、灵敏、准确可靠,可适用于各种洗涤剂的测定。Objective:To establish a rapid determination of methanol in dishwashing by capillary gas chromatography. Methods:Dishwasbing samples were dissolved by water, directly entered into the instrument, separated on DB -FFAP capillary column and detected by FID detector, quantified by peak areas. Results:With this method, detection limits( S/N = 3 ) of liquid and solid dishwashing were 9.4 μg/ml and 0. 047 mg/ml, respectively. The calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 0 - 2.0 mg/ml. The mean recovery was between 95% and 100% , and the relative standard derivation was between 0. 9% and 6.4%. Conclusion :This method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It is reliable to determine methanol in dishwashing.
