摘 要:目的:了解承德地区浅部真菌病的特点以便更好地防治浅部真菌病。方法:采用病例回顾性统计方法分析浅部真菌病病种、菌种分布情况。结果:在789例真菌培养阳性的浅部真菌病病例中有8个病种、6个菌种,病种包括足癣(占28.8%)、体癣(占22.7%)、股癣(占18.6%)、手癣(占11.4%)、甲癣(占7.7%)、头癣(占6.0%)、念珠菌病(占2.8%)和脓癣(占2.0%),菌种包括须癣毛癣菌(占62.9%)、红色毛癣菌(占22.1%)、小孢子菌(占6.3%)、念珠菌(占6.1%)、青霉菌(占2.0%)和暗色丝孢菌(占0.6%)。结论:承德地区浅部真菌病病种以足癣、体癣和股癣为主,病原菌以须癣毛癣菌和红色毛癣菌为主,应做为本地防治的重点。Objective:To investigate the characteristic of superficial mycosis entity in Chengde District in order to prevent and cure the superficial mycosis much better. Methods:The aetology and the kinds of disease of superficial mycosis were analyzed by retrospective statistical analysis. Results:In 789 cases of superficial mycosis showing which with positive results of fungi cultiva- tion there had 6 strains and 8 kinds of diseases, the strains were consisted of Trichophyton mentagrophytes (62.9%), Trichophyton rubrum (22. 1% ) , Microsporum (6. 3% ) , Candida (6. 1% ) , Penicillium (2. 0% ) and Dematiacious fungi (0. 6% ). The diseases were consisted of tinea pedis ( 28.8% ), tinea manus ( 22. 7% ) , tinea capitis ( 18.6% ), tinea corporis ( 11.4% ), tinea cruris (7.7%) , tinea unguium (6. 0% ), kerion (2.8%) and candidiasis (2.0%). Conclusion:In Chengde District Tinea pedis, tinea marius and tinea capitis gave priority to the kinds of disease of superficial mycosis entity. Trichophyton mentagro- phytes and Trichophyton rubrum gave first place to the pathogen of superficial mycosis. These should be the focal point of the pre- vention and cure of superficial mycosis in this district.
