摘　　要：目的:调查分析公共场所从业人员Hp感染状况,探讨公共场所服务人员Hp感染者存在的传染隐患。方法:应用幽门螺杆菌抗体谱检测芯片(深圳欣康基因数码科技有限公司),对151份血样进行CagA、VacA、Ure、Hsp60和RdxA抗体分型测定。结果:公共场所从业人员Hp感染为58.94%,CagA毒力株感染者占Hp感染人数的50.56%,是否存在Hp传染的潜在危险。对甲硝唑类药物敏感的Hp感染者占Hp感染人数的11.23%,提示对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的耐药性应引以重视。结论:实验显示服务人员年龄较小,大多为未婚或未育,Hp检测可及时提示治疗和传染,建议将Hp检测纳入公共场所从业人员健康体检。Objective：To investigate public place jobholders Hp infection condition and discuss public place service personnels Hp infected person exists infection hidden danger.
