摘 要:目的:评估血清学实验室的生物安全现状,了解血清学实验室在常态运转下的工作环境病原微生物污染状况。方法:以HIV血清及病毒载量检测实验室、HBV/HCV血清检测实验室、理化健康人群血液金属监测实验室为实验组,以业务办公楼为对照组,对实验室在实验前中后采样进行HIV、HBV、HCV病毒核酸检测。结果:实验组120份、对照组9份,均未检出HIV、HBV、HCV的病毒核酸。结论:加强实验室生物安全常规管理,可以有效控制工作人员职业暴露事件发生。Objective :To understand the status of biological contamination in serology laboratory and to assess the risk of bio - safety in serology laboratory. Methods : Samples of test group were collected in HIV laboratory, enterovirus laboratory and chemical analysis laboratory over the whole process of experiment. Samples from office building were sent as control group. HIV RNA, HBV DNA, HCV RNA were detected by using the method of quantity PCR. Results: Positive result couldn't be examined in all samples. Conclusion : To strengthen management of bio - safety laboratory can efficiently control the occurrence of occupation exposure.
