摘　　要：科技成果转化项目的综合风险度量一直是学术界的难点和热点问题。转化项目的影响因素众多且关系复杂。立足于指标体系及评价方法的科学性、全面性和实践性,构建了包括科技成果水平风险、环境风险、财务风险、技术风险、市场风险、管理风险以及协同风险7个考核因子共计26个指标的综合评价体系,提出应用因子分析方法度量科技成果转化项目的综合风险,阐述了评价方法的实施步骤;通过实证分析,验证了指标体系和评价方法的科学性和实践可行性。The comprehensive evaluation of risk on investment project is always difficult and hotspot problem of Academic.The number of influencing factors on the risk investment is large and the relation among these influencing factors is complicated.This article attaches importance to constructing scientific, comprehensive and practical indexes system and evaluation method ,the in- dexes system representing seven aspects such as risk of scientific outcome, environmental risk ,financial risk, technical risk ,marketable risk,management risk and synergic risk,the indexes system includes altogether twenty-six indexes.The paper proposes that factor analysis method should be applied in measuring comprehensive risk of the investment project,and illuminate implemental approaches.The empirical analysis in the article verifies the scientific and practical character of the indexes system and evaluation method.
