摘　　要：运用数字化服装技术分析了服装大批量定制的客户需求信息流程,提出了将这些需求转化成系统可识别的数学映射方法;结合服装大批量定制、设计、生产3个具体过程,研究了分别由客户需求到订单、由订单到设计方案、由设计方案到服装成品的信息转换技术,设计了基于Web的服装客户定制系统结构,并由PDM实现了信息转换及系统集成。By use of digitization clothing technology, the conversion of customer＇s demanded information flow of massive production for clothing industry was analyzed and a mathematical mapping way which can be identified by the system from these demands were proposed. Combined with three specific processes of massive customization, design and production, the information conversion technology from customer＇s demand to orders, from orders to design program, and from design program to clothing was studied. The customization system configuration in the clothing industry was designed on the basis of web. The information conversion and systems integration were achieved by PDM.
