摘 要:针对原棉含杂率高的特点,充分发挥清梳设备效能,加大落棉,加强对杂质和短绒的排除,合理改进开清棉设备,清棉工艺遵循"精细抓取,多梳少打,早落少碎"的工艺原则,提高原棉开松度,降低棉卷含杂率,梳棉工序采取"低速度,紧隔距,强分梳,多除杂"的工艺原则,减少生条结杂,使成纱质量得到了保证。Based on the properties of high impurity raw cotton, measures to fully use the scutching and carding equipments, to increased the getting rid of noils, impurities and short fibers, to improve opening and scutching equipments reasonably and to follow the principle of "carefully picking, more carding and few beating and early noiling" in seutehing and of "low speed, tight gauge, strong carding and more impurity getting rid" in carding are adopted to minimize impurity of carded sliver to guarantee the formed yarn quality.
