基 金:螺杆泵采油技术在低渗透油田中的开发应用研究
摘 要:陕北地区油井普遍特点是井深、低压、低渗、高耗能且井液成分复杂。螺杆泵作为一种容积泵,在该地区应用具有一定的优势。本文针对螺杆泵的特点,讨论了螺杆泵在陕北地区推广的可行性,研制了螺杆泵采油系统,通过对该地区油井进行试验和分析计算,选取了螺杆泵的型号、抽油杆的转速、下泵深度以及扶正器的布置。对5口油井的试验结果表明:螺杆泵的平均吨液百米耗电比抽油机低0.408 kwh,节电率为34.9%。Oil well area of north of Shanxi Province , its general characteristics is deep, low pressure, hard to infiltrate, highly energy-consuming and complex liquid composition. The screw-pump has certain advantages if used in this area as a kind of volume pump. This paper links up the characteristic of screw-pump, discussed feasibility of using screw-pump in the area, developed the pumping system .By choosing the five wells of this area to carry on the test and analyzing, we chose the type of screw-pump, worked out the rotational speed, pump setting depth, centralizer distribution. The research indicate that: compared resulting data with the former, mean electricity consumption of this system is lower than 0.408kwh, the electricity saving rate is 34%.
