摘 要:针对汽车再制造工程的现状及其零部件的再制造工艺存在的问题进行了深入研究,以推进再制造工程在我国的发展。通过介绍汽车再制造的概况,对比了再制造与传统制造、维修及回收的异同,阐述了汽车发电机、起动机再制造工艺,分析了其再制造的可行性。通过检验验证,再制造产品的性能、质量与新品基本相同。Automotive remanufacturing engineering is a new industry with a broad development prospects. It has a huge potential market in China. Some research was made in view of the status quo of China's automotive remanufacturing engineering and remanufaeturing techniques to promote the development of remanufacturing engineering in our country. The automotive remanufaeturing was introduced by making some comparisons between the similarities and differences between the remanufacturing, traditional manufacturing, maintenance and recycle. The techniques of the motors and starters remanufaeturing were discussed, and the feasibility of the remanufacturing engineering was analyzed. A remanufacturing product testing confirms that the performance and quality of the remanufaeturing products are similar to the new products.
