摘　　要：以船舶登记制度为研究对象,通过分析比较的方法,讨论了船东船籍选择的考虑因素,及实务中我国船东船籍外移的原因,提出了控制我国目前船籍外移现象有效的解决方法。The system of ship registry was studied by comparison and analysis. The factors considered in the choices of flag by ship owners and the reasons of ship flagging out phenomena in practice of China were discussed. An effective way to control the current phenomena of ship flagging out in China was explored.
