摘　　要：本文对北京、上海、广州、哈尔滨等八座城市中２００户城市住宅作了实况调查，包括照明质量、照明设备、照明用电及居民对照明现状的反映与改进意见，以便对２０００年小康住宅的照明环境评估和预测。he investigation of lighting condition and illumination measurement in site for 200 comfortable apartment houses (the average gross floor area in one household is 85m^2)of eight cities in China including Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou.Harbin,etc.have been made by authors in 1996. In this paper,a detailed statistics and analysis for the information of survey including illumination level,lighting quality,saveenergy lamps application.power consumption on lighting,perference for luminaire style and the investment intention by the inhabitant are presented and compared with the related data of the same investgation project ten years ago. Taking the longterm programme on China economic development and the construction plan for the Moderate Income Housing and electric power as a guidance.also,drawing on the international experience of home lighting,the authors present a prospective forcast about the level of lighting technology,the market of lighting equipments and electric consumption on lighting for Chinese Moderate Income Housing in the next five to fifteen years based on the above investigation.
