摘　　要：路网行程时间可靠度是有效评价道路网功能的重要指标之一.在给出行程时间可靠度概念的基础上,分析了影响地方道路网行程时间可靠度的因素,提出了计算地方道路网行程时间可靠度的蒙特卡罗法,并通过算例验证了方法的合理性和适用性,研究结果对评价路网功能,优化和调整网络结构提供了重要依据.Travel time reliability is one of a very important indicators, which can effectively evaluate the functions of the road network. On the basis of the concept of travel time reliability,the influence factors on travel time reliability on local road network are analyzed, the calculation method of travel time reliability of road network based on Monte Carlo simulation is put forward, the rationality and applicability of the proposed model is testified by a numerical example, the results provide an important basis for evaluating road network functions, optimizing and adjusting the network structure.
