摘 要:基于旋流快分系统(VQS)在重油催化裂化工业装置中的成功应用与推广,提出了一种适用于重油催化裂化双提升管装置的紧凑式旋流快分系统(CVQS)。该系统由两级高效旋流快分器串联组成,第二级高效旋流快分器取代顶旋。采用紧凑式旋流快分系统不仅可以降低设备投资,而且可以显著缩短油气在沉降器内的停留时间,从而有助于解决沉降器内油气的滞留、返混和装置结焦等问题。在研究新型高效隔流筒和旋流头的基础上,考察了CVQS系统的两种串联方案的分离性能。结果表明,两级高效旋流快分器优化匹配后,系统的总分离效率大大提高,可以更好地实现气、固两相的快速高效分离。Compact vortex quick separator (CVQS) for FCC riser termination device (RTD) was systematically developed based on the successful application of vortex quick separators (VQS) in FCCU and development of novel isolate cylinder and disengager arms. This system consisted of two novel vortex separators combined optimally in series through the experimental comparison, in which the secondary vortex separator was the substitute of top cyclone separator. With the application of CVQS, not only the residence time of oil gas in the disengager was greatly shorten, but also the eoking reaction was restrained, both of which were help to increase the operation cycle and improve the product yields of FCCU. The experimental results indicated that both the novel isolate cylinder and disengager arms could improve the separation performance of system, and the maximal separation efficiency was obtained by optimized combination to meet the requests of industrial production.
