摘 要:成功合成了纳米Beta沸石,分析了物化性质并考察了其作为催化剂在长链烷烃加氢裂化反应中的性能。与常规的Beta沸石及采用中孔材料为硅源合成的Beta沸石相比,纳米Beta沸石的孔径变大,XRD峰变宽,峰强度降低,L酸/B酸比值明显升高,在长链烷烃加氢裂化反应中的中等馏分产物的选择性高。在相同条件的催化长链烷烃加氢裂化反应中,纳米Beta沸石催化剂上中间馏分产物的选择性比常规的Beta沸石上的提高了2.3%。Nano-sized Beta zeolite was successfully synthesized, its properties were analyzed, and its performance in the hydrocracking of long-chain alkane was investigated. Compared with the Beta zeolite prepared by the conventional hydrothermal method and the Beta zeolite with mesopore material as silica source, nano-sized Beta zeolite exhibits the larger aperture, the lower and broader XRD peaks, and the higher L/B ratio, and higher selectivity to mid-distillate products in the hydrocracking of long chain alkane. Under the same reaction conditions, the selectivity to middistillate products over nano-sized Beta zeolite is 2.3G higher than that over conventional Beta zeolite catalyst.
