摘 要:分别采用硝酸锆、硫酸锆、氧氯化锆为锆源,以正丁胺(NBA)为模板剂,水热法直接合成了ZrHZSM-5分子筛。采用XRD、SEM、NH3-TPD、BET等手段对ZrHZSM-5分子筛进行了结构和性质的测试,探讨了不同Zr源对HZSM-5分子筛催化丙烯齐聚反应性能的影响。结果表明,不同Zr源合成的ZrHZSM-5分子筛的理化性质和催化性能均有所不同,以硝酸锆为Zr源合成的ZrHZSM-5分子筛结晶度良好、表面规整、孔结构和酸性分布较均匀,在丙烯齐聚反应中有很好的催化活性、选择性和稳定性,为较佳的烯烃齐聚反应催化剂。The ZrHZSM-5 zeolites were synthesized by hydrothermal method with n-butylamine (NBA) as the template and with zirconium nitrate, zirconium sulfate and zirconyl chloride, respectively, as the zirconium source. The nature of these synthesized samples was discussed based on the characterization results of XRD, SEM, BET and NHa-TPD. The influence of zirconium sources on the catalytic performance of HZSM-5 in propylene oligomerization was investigated. It was indicated that ZrHZSM-5 zeolites synthesized from different zirconium sources possessed different physic-chemical properties and catal reaction, among which crystallinity, well higher catalytic ac deve ytic performances in propylene oligomerization the ZrHZSM-5 zeolite synthesized from zirconium nitrate was of higher loped structure and favorable distribution of acid sites, and also showed tivity, selectivity and stability, showing promise in olefins oligomerization.
