摘 要:柴油机高压共轨系统是一个兼有离散事件和连续过程的混合系统。针对这一特点,采用模块化设计方法建立了共轨系统实时仿真模型。该模型将喷油器的燃油喷射事件看作轨压的一种扰动,调节轨压控制阀的高压燃油回流量作为对扰动的补偿,因此能客观地反映共轨管内的压力波动特性。仿真分析及油泵台架试验结果表明:该模型具有较高的计算精度和效率,适合ECU硬件在环测试中轨压控制策略的确定和可控燃油喷射参数的初步标定。The high-pressure common rail injection system for diesel engines is a hybrid system that contains discrete and continuous behaviors interactively. This paper presents a real-time model of a common rail system based on the system hybrid characteristics, by using the blocking design method. The model is established by considering the injection events as a disturbance to the rail pressure, and the well tuned fuel flow from the pressure control valve (PCV) as a balance compensation to the disturbance. Simulation results show that it nicely represents the pulsating behaviors of the rail pressure. The experiment was carried out on a test bench. Simulation analysis and experimental results indicate that the model has preferable computational accuracy as well as high performance, and is very suitable for the determination of the control strategy of rail pressure in ECU (Electronic Control Unit) hardware in the loop systems and the preliminary calibration of controllable injection parameters as well.
