摘　　要：主要阐述了重庆通机企业应对国际金融危机的10大对策,即强化国内市场开拓、狠抓产品质量、严格控制成本、调整产品结构、实施多品牌、严控应收款风险、绝不盲目扩张、保证资金链不断、加强危机意识教育和多与上下游企业沟通等对策。This article describes the 10 countermeasures taken by Chongqing General Purpose Small Gasoline Engine Enterprises to cope with the international financial crisis, namely, strengthening the domestic market, paying close attention to product quality, controlling costs strictly, adjusting product structure, implementing the strategy of multi -brand, controlling the risk of receivables strictly, not being expansion blindly , ensuring the continuous chain of funds, strengthening the sense of crisis with more education and having more contact with the upstream and downstream businesses and so on.
